1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blockori ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Blockori is a free-to-play block puzzle game available for mobile devices. The App includes advertisements and optional features that may be accessed by watching ads.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. The content of advertisements is controlled by the respective ad networks and not by us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, animations, sound effects, music, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

Blockori does not allow users to create, upload, or share content. All game progress and scores are stored locally on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device or data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App (which is zero for free apps).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
